| 2013 Outdoor Soccer House League Registration Information
The King United Soccer Club, encourage you to register early as space is limited and done of a “first come, first serve basis”. We will attempt to accommodate every interested player however, space may be limited and acceptance of every registration cannot be guaranteed. The 2013 Outdoor Soccer Houseleague program runs from the beginiing of May to weethe end of August. Specifically, the 2013 Outdoor Soccer Houseleague program will rollout as follows:
- week of May 6 - age divisions U12 and up, inclluding women
- week of May 13 - age divisions - U4 to U10
The season cluminates with the King Day festivities during the weekend of August 24. You will be contacted in early May with more details. Please note, that where available, the tentative game and practice schedule is included in the program descriptions below.
We are also offering in-person Registration on Saturday Feb 23rd from 9:00 am to noon at the King City Arena and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at The Trisan Centre and on Saturday March 2nd from 9:00 am to noon at the King City Arena and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Trisan Centre.
To take advantage of the early bird special, please register on or before March 2nd, 2013. Price go up on March 3rd. There is a $15 late fee if you register after April 30 th, 2013. Families that register three or more children at one time are eligible for a family discount of $15 per child. The family discount only applies to the “regular” registration rate and cannot be applied or combined with any other discount offered.
King United SC provides a complete uniform (shirt, shorts and socks) unless otherwise stated and a soccer ball (except women and men programs). For inter-club programs where travelling is required, two shirts (home and away) are provided. Players must wear shin pads and outdoor soccer cleats.
Micro Soccer – U4 Mixed Program
This program is for children born between January 1 and December 31, 2009. This a combined boys and girls program played on a mini-field. Four year old boys and girls play 3-on-3 soccer for one hour per week in their local village. For the U4 Mixed program, King City are scheduled to play on Wednesday and Schomberg children are scheduled to play on Monday.

Mini Soccer – U5 Mixed Program
This program is for children born between January 1 and December 31, 2008. This is a combined program played on a mini-field. Five year old boys and girls play 4-on-4 soccer for one hour per week in their local village. For the U5 program, King City players are scheduled to play on Wednesday and Schomberg players are scheduled to play on Monday.

Mini-Soccer – U6 Mixed Program
This program is for children born between January 1 and December 31, 2007. This is a combined boys and girls program played on a mini-field. Six year old boys and girls play 4-on-4 soccer for one hour, two times per week in their local village. For this program, both all children are scheduled to practice on Monday and play on Wednesday.

Mini Soccer – U8 Boys and U8 Girls Program and U10 Boys and U10 Girls Program
The U8 and U10 programs are for children born between January 1, 2005 and December 31 2006, and between January 1, 2003 and December 31, 2004, respectively. U8 is a 5-on-5 mini soccer program while U10 is a 7-on-7 mini soccer program, both divide by gender and age. This program is an intertown program with practices designated in either King City or Schomberg, based on the home club, and on game night which may be in either the King City or Schomberg area.

Youth Soccer – U12 to U18 Girls and Boys Teams
This is program is for youth born between January 1, 1995 and December 31, 2002. U12 is a 9v9-a-side, U14 through U18 is 11-a-side full field soccer program that involves travelling. Games will be played with other participating clubs within York Region. Here are the schedule details currently available:

Women's Soccer (YRSL)
This program is open to dedicated soccer players of ALL ages. It is an 11-on-side program that will play within the York Region Soccer Association (YRSL) Senior Open League. Players will represent King as a King United team and will travel outside of King for approximately half of all league games. Home Games will be Sunday Night. Away game nights will vary. Game dates will be determined by the YRSL Senior League.

Men's Soccer - SC Plus
This program is open to dedicated soccer players of ALL ages. It is an 11-on-side program that will play within the York Region Soccer Association (YRSL) Men’s Division 1 Senior Open League League website: http://www.yrsl.ca. Players will represent King as a King United team and will travel outside of King for approximately half of all league games. Home Games will be Sunday Night in Schomberg. Away game nights will vary. Game dates will be determined by the YRSL Senior League.
This team has some players who have been playing together for more than 15 years. The team started playing out of Schomberg and were called Schomberg Plus. The team played out of Bradford (and its name was changed to SC Plus) for a number of years. This is the first year playing under the King United Soccer Club. The home game is set for Sunday at 4:00 pm in Schomberg. Away games could be any night of the week at 9:00 pm or weekends. The league website lists the other teams such as Aurora, Mt. Albert, Orangeville, Alliston and Innisfil. There are one or two cup games facing teams in the north division.
There will be tryouts on Sundays starting mid to late April and up until the first game in late May. The season finishes in August (to accommodate those going back to school) and playoffs happen early in September.
The age of the league is 19 and up, we have some players in their forties. The team does not practice through the season, but there is a pick-up league run through King United that they could use to get a second night a week of playing time.

This program is for women aged 18 to 30 years old. Games are on Wednesdays.

Women’s Soccer – Women's League
This program is for beginner and intermediate players 25 years of age or older. Player must be born before January 1, 1988. It is a 7-on-side program thereby allowing full participation for all players. Games are scheduled Wednesday night at 7:35 pm at the Eva L. Dennis fields. Please note that Team Registration is encouraged. Individual registrations will be placed accordingly.

This pick-up program is for men with games played at Country Day School Turf on Thursday's. Neither referee nor uniform are provided.
