OUTDOOR SOCCER REGISTRATION 2008
Please take the time to read the following information.
We have prepared this information to help make your
registration experience as easy and convenient as possible.
We encourage everyone to register as early as possible, as space is limited and registrations will be confirmed on a "first come, first served" basis. We will attempt to accommodate every interested player, but acceptance of every registration cannot be guaranteed if all available spaces are taken.
HOW TO REGISTER
On-Line Registration
All registrations will be done On-Line this year, starting February 1st, 2008.
In order to register, a parent or guardian of the child must first create a Member Login and Password. Once you have created your Member Login (see step 1 below) you will be able to login and continue with the on-line registration process.
To facilitate online registration, and provide everyone the best possible service, our
soccer club has engaged the services of ITSportsNet, an industry leader in sports
registraton and management services for sports organizations.

Don't have a login?
(SETUP LOGIN)
This will allow you to create a login account for the Members Area.
Fill in the form making sure to provide all of the information that is requested and submit it to create a new login account.
To set up a Member Login, you must provide a valid email address which will become your Login ID and will be used for general club communications to your family.
After you have completed the member registration, your password will be emailed to you at the email address you provided.
Please note that the login account must be set up for the adult and not the child.
Once you have created your Member Login account you will be able to login and continue with the on-line registration process (step 2 below).
(2) To register players (brief details):
After the membership registration has been completed and accepted (step 1 above)
- Go to the ITMembersArea page (click this link to go now)
- Login using the username (the e-mail address you provided in step 1) and password for the account you have just created.
- Proceed to Registration | 2008 Outdoor Registration | "create new registration"
- Accept the Terms and Conditions (click here to view a PDF)
- Fill out the Parent/Guardian form
- Fill out the player information for children that you wish to register.
IN PERSON ONLINE REGISTRATION DAYS
SATURDAY FEBRUARY 23RD, 2008 & SATURDAY MARCH 29, 2008
10AM TO 4PM in the Boardroom of the King City Community Centre
- Come and learn how to use the online registration system
- Register for the 2008 Outdoor Season if you do not have access to a computer at home.
- Pay for your registration with cash or a cheque (if you are not comfortable paying online with a credit card)
- Fill out a Volunteer Form and lend a hand as a Coach, Convenor, Sponsor or Referee.
PROGRAMS & FEES
We offer a $15.00 per player, early bird discount, if you register before
March 31, 2008 and fees will automatically go up on April 1st, 2008.
