OUTDOOR SOCCER
REGISTRATION INFORMATION 2010
Please take the time to read the following
information. We have prepared this
information to help make this part of your registration experience as easy and
convenient as possible. We encourage everyone to register as early as possible,
as space is limited and is done on a “first come, first serve” basis. We will attempt to accommodate every
interested player, however spaces will be limited and acceptance of every
registration cannot be guaranteed.
REGISTRATION INFO

Registration
will only be available on-line.
o
The
reduced rate registration dates will end on March 31.
o
A $15
late fee will be added after May 24.
o
The soccer
season will start the week of May 10 for U12, U14, U16, U18 and Women.
o
The
soccer season will start the week of May 17 for U4, U5, U6, U8 and U10.
HOW TO REGISTER

To

and click the “Registration” tab to
the left (a new window opens)

In the
new window, scroll down and click on “click here to open the registration
website in a new window”.

The ITMembersArea Login screen should appear

At
this point, in order to register your child/children, a parent, or guardian, of
the child must first create a Member Login and Password or use the existing/previous Login and Password to continue
registration.

From
the ITMembers Area, please click on - Don’t have a login? (SETUP LOGIN) to
the left

Complete
SETUP by providing the information requested
·
Your
password will be emailed to you at the email address you provided
·
Once
created use your Member Login (your email address) and
Password to continue the registration process.
Please note that for online
registration, this login account must be set up for the adult and not the
child. The child information will be collected after you login. The email
address entered will for future communications by the King City Youth Soccer Club.

COMPETITIVE PROGRAM ·
In
addition to our recreational program, we will be entering teams in the ·
Our
decision will be based on the number & quality of players available in
each age group & the availability of qualified Community Coaches. ·
Players
who are selected for these teams will be charged an additional fee (to be
determined) to cover team costs. If you are interested in this type of program
for your child, please advise one of our volunteers at registration! |

AFTER YOU REGISTER Soccer starts the week
of May 10th, 2010 for U12, U14, U16, U18 and Women. Soccer starts the week
of May 17th, 2010 for U4, U5, U6, U8 and U10. You will receive a phone call approximately one week
before that, telling you where & when to show up for the first night of
soccer. This will be determined by what division your child is registered in. If you have not heard from anybody by Friday May 7th
for U12, U14, U16, U18 and Women or by Friday May 14th for U4, U5,
U6, U8 and U10, please check our website at www.kingcityyouthsoccer.com for starting times & locations
for each division, or call the Soccer Office at (905) 833-3535 and listen to
the recorded message. If you wish to speak to someone please leave a
message, and make sure to state your child’s full name & date of birth. Please remember, we do not have regular office
hours, so it may take up to 2 or 3 days for someone to get back to you. On the first night of soccer, please make sure that
your child has proper soccer shoes (running shoes are not allowed for
safety reasons!!), shin pads, and a water bottle labelled with their name. Uniforms will not be handed out until the teams are
determined, approximately 3 weeks into the season, so wear appropriate
clothing for the weather until then. |

REFUNDS Requests
for refunds must be submitted in
writing only to the King City Youth Soccer Club, by mail to: by fax to: (905)

All refunds
will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee per player registration. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER |
